WHAT TO EXPECT
1. Submit an enquiry based on your special event with as much information as you can provide.
2. We will contact you as soon as possible, usually within a 24-48 hour time frame.
3. We will take the time to learn about you and your wants & needs which helps us create the perfect event for you. This means we usually like to set up an initial discovery call to discuss details and get to know each other a bit better.
3. We present the detailed package & quote to you and make amendments if needed
4. If you would like a design concept done up & provided in a moodboard this will cost $150. If you proceed then this cost will be credited back on your final invoice.

COST
As our packages are bespoke and can vary depending on your needs our prices can also vary
As a rough guide, Your investment can start from;
Weddings & Corporate functions - $2000.
Special events - $900
Proposals - $900.
Design & concept plan - $150 credited back on final invoice if you proceed with our services.

BOOKING FEE
Once you receive your invoice, a nonrefundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is to be paid. This is so we can reserve your selected date as your own and not take on any other bookings on that day. It also allows us to put the time into planning the day and ordering what is required.
Any vendor costs will need to be paid upon submission of invoice. For example photographers, flowers, hire stock.
Final payment will be due as per your invoice. These dates can vary depending on the service.
8 weeks prior to your wedding date.
4 weeks prior to your corporate event date. or special occasion.
2 weeks prior to your proposal
TRAVEL
Locations within 25km of City of Brisbane will be complimentary. Travel beyond this will incur additional travel costs, all of which will be disclosed on the original quote before you pay the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation terms will be as per your invoice. These vary depending on your event type.
All costs already paid to 3rd party vendors will be at their discretion, again these will be listed on your invoice.
These cancellation fees are in place so we can cover any outgoing expenses incurred, administration costs for all planning in the lead up to your event & loss of other bookings.

PHOTOGRAPHERS
If you are hoping to have a photographer to capture your special day, please be aware that most photographers book months in advance.Â
If you are booking your event date within a short turn around please know we do our best to secure someone but sometimes it isn't possible.
If you can provide more notice when planning that would mean you have a better chance of securing someone to capture your moment.
WET WEATHER
As we are based in Tropical Brisbane we do experience storms, rains and high winds. We do always suggest you have a wet weather back up plan as we cannot set up in rain or extreme weather. Bookings can be changed 24hrs prior to setup at the discretion of Luxe Curated Events & is subject to availability.
Food, flowers & any add ons are unable to be cancelled at this late stage and will incur a full fee. It is strongly recommended that you have a backup indoor location or alternate date.
